“I read the previous reviews, so I knew it wasn't going to be delicious. I have found that if I mix it into a protein smoothie or shake it in my blender bottle with almond milk and a tiny bit of sugar-free brown sugar cinnamon syrup, it actually is very good, and I look forward to drinking it. As far as results, I do feel more energetic and less bloated, so that's great. I haven't lost any weight, but it's only been a month. I haven't had any adverse effects from it, so there's no reason for me not to continue using it.”

“I love how easy it is to prepare daily. I even transfer to smaller portions to take with with me when I travel. I was initially skeptical about the taste as most fibre and vegetable shake I’ve experience taste like chalk. Took the leap of faith because of Maggie Q. I’m from Asia, she is a big name here. “I like the apple cinnamon flavor Morning complete. It tastes nice which made it easy to drink alone or with my smoothies. I do feel like having this as a gummy or capsule would make my life easier though, since I don't ALWAYS want a smoothie and sometimes I just want to pop it and go but have to drink it all (and I'm a slow drinker which makes this harder for me in those mornings where I'm more rushed). In terms of side effects, I felt a little bit bloated for the first two days, but afterwards I haven't felt any negative effects. I have been trying to lose weight so I've been going to the gym (3x a week) and generally eating less portions of food at dinner, so I have seen my weight go from 138lbs to 122lbs! I can't confirm how much of that is due to the supplement alone, but I CAN say that this compliments a healthy routine very nicely and encourages more water consumption which is good for your skin and health. I would say that this product is good, and not a scam. But if you are buying it solely to help you lose weight, be mindful of your habits with food and activity as well, to ensure you're addressing your weight holistically (which will result in more long term results).”

“The morning complete routine is easy to follow due to the easy to to dissolve powder that I can mix even into cold water for a refreshing morning beverage. I do feel an overall better complexion and skin health from consuming the morning complete for the last 2 months. I do get some redness or slightly acne especially when I am overworked or do late nights, but this seems to have contributed to my overall skin health by reducing the sensitivity of my skin to poor daily routines. My skin also appears to be more hydrated and plump. I do feel a sense of less bloatedness, not totally gone but a reduced feeling of it. I believe gut health takes some times to adjust and I look forward to seeing the future benefits of it in time to come!”
