By fostering a deeper understanding of responsible pet ownership and the importance of respecting all living beings, ARM is creating a safer and happier world for animals.

Social Compassion in Legislation (SCIL) is a leading animal protection organization. Since 2007, SCIL has successfully championed 28 bills in California which support positive interactions between humans and animals. By advocating for compassionate legislation, supporting animal-friendly politicians, and collaborating with other organizations, SCIL works to protect animals in the wild, on farms, and in homes across the United States.
