“I’ve been investigating various companies, two powdered collagens, the collagen capsules by this company, and liquid collagen by Spoiled Child. Then I added these Skin capsules, and I noticed a marked improvement in my skin texture and tone and my marionette lines which were being pronounced have basically vanished. I’m 74, but the only wrinkles I have are in my forehead, which I’ve had since my 40’s, so I’ll just keep wearing bangs! The only reason I’ve given this four stars is the price. I’m on a retiree’s budget, so I wait until there’s a discount offered, which results in a lapse of treatment. So far though, the results have held. Great product! This is me after i’v washed my face for the night. I’m sun splotchy, but makeup hides that.”

“I will start by saying after two weeks I switched to taking this in the morning with breakfast rather than at night with some of my other vitamins and after another two weeks I definitely noticed a different glow to my skin-and so did others! I am a generally good eater, but I do tend to get a hankering for a snack at night. However, even with that, since taking skin food I feel like my body is processing everything differently. I now know exactly what snacks are causing my little breakouts (as a 30 year old). Overall, I would say the energy of my skin- the glow, the look, the feel, is certainly better! I am only about two months in, so I am excited to see how this helps me through winter dryness. In any case I can 100% recommend. I am feeling way more benefits than when I was taking powdered collagen supplements.”

I should have taken a before photo but the way I know it's helping my skin is that I have these tiny (but noticeable) acne scars on my cheeks. Pin-prick scars that makeup can't hide really and that I always notice in certain lighting. I've tried a few procedures that haven't done anything long term. After using this for a few months now, my skin is noticeably soft and smoother and those areas have filled in more.
