“I will start by saying after two weeks I switched to taking this in the morning with breakfast rather than at night with some of my other vitamins and after another two weeks I definitely noticed a different glow to my skin-and so did others! I am a generally good eater, but I do tend to get a hankering for a snack at night. However, even with that, since taking skin food I feel like my body is processing everything differently. I now know exactly what snacks are causing my little breakouts (as a 30 year old). Overall, I would say the energy of my skin- the glow, the look, the feel, is certainly better! I am only about two months in, so I am excited to see how this helps me through winter dryness. In any case I can 100% recommend. I am feeling way more benefits than when I was taking powdered collagen supplements.”

I should have taken a before photo but the way I know it's helping my skin is that I have these tiny (but noticeable) acne scars on my cheeks. Pin-prick scars that makeup can't hide really and that I always notice in certain lighting. I've tried a few procedures that haven't done anything long term. After using this for a few months now, my skin is noticeably soft and smoother and those areas have filled in more. I can especially tell when I look in my magnifying mirror and put on my makeup that they are more filled in. It's awesome. I will continue to use!!”

I was hesitant to take it because my skin is prone to break outs/rashes every time I try a new supplement. I decided to try it anyway and to my surprise, there was no negative reaction to my skin. Though I didn't notice any difference to my skin yet, it greatly helped with my digestion. What amazed me more is my renewed energy right after taking it and it also helped with my dizziness/vertigo. “When I turned 31 to started noticing changes to my body like all women when they get over the ago of 30. I started getting small wrinkles on my face near my eyes and mouth, then deeper wrinkles on my forehead, and some grey hairs coming in. I will admit I was skeptical at first about using Activated you, Essential Skin Food at first. Then thought, "What the heck, why not? Let me try it out." The first thing I noticed it did to my body was clean a girl out, pipes and all. Then after a few weeks I started noticing the smaller wrinkles on my face lessen and then disappear. The larger ones on my forehead are almost gone by now and it's been a little over 6 weeks since I've stared on the Essential Skin Food.
