“I have not used Morning Complete on a regular basis as I am taking Flora Complete daily and find that both products are similar in nature and design. “My first month I used the Apple & Cinnamon flavour. I've never been a big fan of cinnamon so I went ahead and ordered a three pack, one of each flavour. I've always loved anything citrus, so I felt this one was going to be my favourite. How wrong I was!!! It is SO sweet!!! Yuck. The Mixed Berry is revolting too, tastes like cough syrup I had as a child. Nup. Back to Apple & Cinnamon for me, after I've finished the other pots of course. I've found that a dash of my favourite juice weakens the flavour of the ones I don't like. My energy may have improved, not sure yet. Bowel movements are more consistent in texture (oooh gross, sorry!). I will continue to use Morning Complete while I can afford it.”
