It tastes fine and everything, like someone washed some water over a slice of apple and wafted some cinnamon over the top. It’s definitely tolerable. I’ve drank some nasty stuff in my time (morning drinks of water, blackseed oil with honey, baking soda and lemon juice). Anyway, I’ve taken the Morning Complete nearly every day for 2 months. I feel no difference and have reaped no benefits from incorporating this into my daily routine. I have had gut issues for about 2 years and after trying so many other things, I’d hoped this would be the solution, however, it doesn’t seem to be the magic fix.

The taste is so overwhelmingly bad I had to throw it out. It overpowered my smoothie and tasted like bile. Considering how much it is, and that when I plugged my nose and chugged I did feel better, it was very disappointing.

The first couple weeks I noticed I was more regular and then I think I got used to it and I’m back to my old. No bursts of energy as almost every other person claims. It’s just not worth the money

I have always taking something to help in going to the bathroom. I’ve been taking MC for almost a month now and no help in that area yet. But I do have a little more energy. I will not be ordering again ):

Really great tasting for the apple cinnamon. I added it to my protein shake with a banana and it really complimented it. But I honestly didn’t notice a single difference in how I felt. My stomach is really sensitive and I have very irregular bowel movements. I limit process foods, take a really good multivitamin and probiotic and drink only water and still no changes in how my stomach felt. Really was hoping to feel better from this.
