Hi….I live a mostly healthy lifestyle…..I drink a protein power smoothie most everyday, so I blend this-along with the other ingredients I use in my smoothie….. not sure if it’s supposed to be use that way but that’s the best way I’m gonna get this into my body. Definitely not a fan of the taste which is why I also blended into my smoothies so it’s somewhat disguised. I’m not sure. Honestly if I feel any different taking it because like I said, I leave a mostly active healthy lifestyle, but I’m gonna keep using it to see if I notice any other benefits, and a difference in the future.

It could be too early to tell, but I do like the product and keeping my skin healthy is very important at my age at 61 I work out three times a week, and still active in my community So to me keeping healthy is very important and I believe your product will keep me there. Thank you very much. I love it so far.

Was very skeptical. Definitely notice energy. Love the digestive enzyme it contains. I have been Definitely going to bathroom more anxious to get gut health in check with products I purchased. Definitely glad I tried these products

I love this supplement. The energy comes on smooth and lasts. I’m able to drink this before a long hike and or ride, and where a typical energy drink with caffeine would wear off and crash, Miio Vitality continues to deliver good clean energy with no jitters or crashes. All around a great product.

When I first started taking the Mito Vitality, I had lots of energy. I thought maybe it was just me suddenly getting some energy so I quit taking it for a week and a half and boy, did I notice the low energy come back really quickly! I started taking it again and BOOM, instant energy so I had to order more. I am convinced!

I don’t take this product daily, but instead when I feel afternoon sluggishness is in my future. Lifts smoothly, no jitters or irritability, and honestly tastes great.

I’ve tried a lot of supplements to help my mitochondria, but I think this one actually does give me more energy. I mix it with Morning Complete, and it definitely makes MC more palatable.

I was skeptical to try this, as their morning complete formula does not give me the energy that it states you get (but works awesome for me in other areas.) However, the very first day I tried mito vitality, I realized that I was no longer exhausted around 2pm, it really does give you lasting energy all day long! As a mom of three young kids, that is an amazing feeling! The yum tart apple taste is a huge bonus, this stuff tastes sooo good!

I have had digestive issues for much of my adult life and have tried dozens of products only to be let down after a short time. Mitro vitality intrigued me, so I tried it. It has worked great for me! My bloating is reduced, I am finally “regular” and have a normal bowel movement. It has also helped with my energy. I feel better overall. I just ordered another 3 pack! I usually drink Mito Vitality around 8:30 every morning and I do seem to get a boost of energy once I have drank it. I take my Morning Complete around 6:30 to jumpstart my day and I won’t be as hungry since my work day starts very early. I really like Morning Complete and Mito Vitality because so far they have been working for me.

Since taking Mito Vitality I have so much more energy (even on days when I have less than stellar sleep!). I look forward to taking this every morning and it is also great tasting! Highly recommend this to everyone.

Took me a few days to get used to mito vitality but I do feel better equipped to handle the day with more energy and clearer thinking. I see myself needing less coffee during the day. Ive also noticed when its time for bed, I crash hard and sleep deeper and more refreshed. I actually have been getting up before my alarm at 5 am, something that I have never done before.

What a great product! I have only been using this product for a short time but noticed results starting after only 3 days. With a very noticeable reduction in bloating. Then after a week, increased energy and better digestion. I look forward to see the increasing results as weeks pass. I’m not one to write many reviews. I don’t consider myself as one who blindly goes along with the crowd. My successes have been from thinking for myself as an individual with my own life, body and mind. That said, I consider Mito Vitality a great product. I felt the increase in energy on the 3rd day taking it. I was both surprised and impressed at the same time and it tastes good too. But energy wasn’t my motivation for trying Mito Vitality, it was the benefit to the cells in my body I don’t necessarily feel so to speak. It seems to me to be a major benefit to the body overall that I welcome having. – Robert

I love this product. I was usually wiped out by 3pm during my work day. I would get home and have to take a nap. Not any more. I feel energized throughout the day and have become more productive at home and at work.

The taste is satisfying, the review’s are accurate by stating energy boost, and refreshing. I would like to order more but the price is a bit expensive, hopefully, the company will offer coupon codes in the future. I would recommend the product.

Love this product. I mix it with my probiotic and it gives me a natural energy boost. I also have more stamina in my workouts. Still drink my black tea in the mornings but use less of it.

Started using this about a month ago in combination with Morning Complete and am really happy with the results. I love the Activate You products and this one in particular. I ran out of it after having used it for a few months and I could really tell the difference in my energy level. It’s a great product!

I can’t say that I actually “feel” a difference as far as mood, energy and clarity goes. But I suffer from Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, so that may be a big reason why I don’t. I love the flavor of this, it’s a bit like drinking my favorite candy and it gives me great natural energy. I don’t feel jittery or have crashes like I did with other products. 10/10 would recommend!

This product has made my Ibs discomfort have some relief And normalcy. I’ve experienced IBS for over 20 yrs. nothing helped so I’ve tolerated it and learned to live with the discomfort. It’ taste good and my energy level has boosted. Fatigue nor upset stomach are no longer an issue and I have only been taking it a few weeks.
