But I want to share some tips to help you get ALL the benefits from your Essential Skin Food…
I’m talking about:

The best part is, all my tips are easy — and they won’t take much time out of your busy day.
1. Set an alarm.
I suggest taking Essential Skin Food at the same time every day — ideally first thing.
Personally, I suggest taking it with breakfast, to start your day off right with radiant, glowing skin.
And to make it even easier to remember, try setting an alarm on your phone to go off at breakfast time. Mornings get busy, so it’s great to have an extra reminder.
(Tip: Lots of our customers tell us they like to keep their Essential Skin Food near their coffee machine as a reminder. Great idea!)
2. Take it with a full glass of water — 8 oz. or more.
I know, the instructions on Essential Skin Food say to mix it with a cup of water… but I suggest drinking a second glass, on the side.
After all, drinking water can go a long way toward improving your complexion.
Water can help nourish your skin, boost your mood, and could even help you maintain a healthy weight. So why not drink up? 🙂
3. Eat skin nourishing food!
Certain “skin-loving foods” are packed with nutrients which can help your skin look significantly brighter and tighter.
And by eating them daily along with your Essential Skin Food, you can experience even BETTER results.
Luckily, a lot of skin-nourishing foods are also pretty delicious… things like:
- Apples and Oranges
- Avocados and Sweet Potatoes
- Leafy Greens
- Dark Chocolate
So make sure you’re including skin-supporting foods in your diet, every day.
It could be as simple as adding sliced apples to your morning oatmeal, making a side salad at lunch, or slicing up some bell peppers to dip in some guacamole!
