The best part is, all my tips are easy – and they won’t take much time out of your busy day.
1. Set an alarm.
I suggest taking Morning Complete at the same time every day – ideally first thing.
Personally, I suggest taking it before breakfast, to start your day off right.
And to make it even easier to remember, try setting an alarm on your phone to go off at breakfast time. Mornings get busy, so it’s great to have an extra reminder.
(Tip: Lots of our customers tell us they like to keep their Morning Complete near their coffee machine as a reminder. Great idea!)
2. Take it with a full glass of water – 8oz or more.
I know, the instructions on Morning Complete say to mix it with a cup of water… but I suggest drinking a second glass, on the side.
After all, drinking water can go a long way toward improving health.
It can boost your mood, nourish your skin, and could even help you maintain a healthy weight.
3. Eat smart – feed your probiotics!
Morning Complete is loaded in probiotics, which are living things… and like all living things, they need to eat to survive.
The food probiotics like best is prebiotic fiber: Plant fiber that nourishes probiotics so they grow, multiply, and colonize your gut.
Luckily, a lot of the foods that are rich in prebiotics are pretty delicious… things like:
- Pears and Apples
- Garlic and Onions
- Leafy greens
So make sure you’re including prebiotic-rich foods in your diet, every day.
It could be as simple as adding sliced apples to your morning oatmeal, making a side salad at lunch, or slicing up jicama to dip in some guacamole!
